Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bae2u ("Platform" or "we"), an online gambling platform operating under international licensing.

Use of any part of the bae2u website, including browsing content, registering an account, making deposits, participating in games, or using support services, constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with bae2u's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and this platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use bae2u services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Legal standing: You are responsible for ensuring that participation in online gaming does not violate the laws in your area of residence.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being deactivated.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete and current.

3 User Account

Each bae2u account is for the personal use of its owner only. Account sharing, transfer of ownership, or use of an account by a third party is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• All activity that occurs in your account, including any financial transactions.
• Notifying bae2u immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bae2u is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. We will never ask for your password under any circumstances via email, live chat or any other channel.

4 Deposits and Payments

bae2u accepts deposits through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Applicable deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 per payment method.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or the equivalent in digital assets.
• bae2u reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any deposit considered unusual.
• Deposited funds are for gambling purposes only and may not be used for any other purpose.
• Funds credited to your bae2u account cannot be reversed or unilaterally cancelled by you.

bae2u does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment service provider may impose their own charges that are outside our control.

5 Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 per request.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals are typically completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit as a security measure.
• Members are required to complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by bae2u are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered according to the stated conditions.

For the 120% Welcome Bonus of up to RM300:

• A deposit of RM100 yields a bonus of RM120, bringing the account balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 15 = RM1,800.
• A deposit of RM600 yields a bonus of RM300 (maximum cap), bringing the account balance to RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.
• Only the bonus value (not the deposit) is subject to the 15x wagering requirement.

The bae2u VIP programme offers weekly cashback across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The cashback percentage increases as a member moves up in tier. Specific conditions for each offer will be displayed on the relevant promotions page and form part of these Terms when you accept any bonus.

bae2u reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the bae2u platform are operated by licensed software providers using independently verified random number generators (RNG). The outcome of each game round is random and independent of previous results.

Members are responsible for understanding the specific rules of each game before participating. bae2u provides game information within each game's interface for members' reference.

If any technical disruption or disconnection occurs during an active game session, all bets placed before the disruption will be verified based on server records. Results recorded by the bae2u server are final in all technical disputes.

bae2u is not responsible for any losses suffered as a result of a member's device failure or internet connection issues.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action including account termination without refund:

• Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities.
• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Collaborating with other players to exploit game mechanics (collusion).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving a bae2u account.
• Misusing customer support channels with malicious intent or sending abusive communications.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bae2u reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• Suspicion that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified period.
• At the member's own request (voluntary account closure).
• Instructions from the licensing authority or law enforcement agencies.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bae2u customer support team. For members who need a break from gaming activity, self-exclusion tools are available through our Responsible Gambling section.

After an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance in the account may not be refunded depending on the outcome of the internal investigation.

10 Limitation of Liability

bae2u provides its services on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranty regarding the continued availability of the platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bae2u is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment service providers.
• Any losses resulting from security breaches that occur outside the platform's reasonable control.

bae2u's total liability to any member claim, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount deposited by the member into their account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Amendments to Terms

bae2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the website or by email to your registered address.

Continued use of the bae2u platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated version of those terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the current terms.

If you do not agree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team before the effective date of the relevant amendment.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction in which bae2u operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will first be resolved through internal negotiation between the member and the bae2u team.

If resolution through negotiation is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to an independent arbitration body as determined by our licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The official language of these Terms is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any inconsistency between the Bahasa Melayu version and a translation in another language, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
